Owl Barn is a 2 bedroom, 2 shower room, delightful home on one level making it user-friendly for guests who are less able. Both bedrooms have king-size beds and ensuite wet rooms. 

The barn is open plan living with the sitting room at one end of the building and the kitchen/dining area at the other. The 2 bedrooms are between both areas. The sitting room has 2 comfy leather couches, coffee table, arm chair and wall-mounted 55" Smart TV with Bose sound bar.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fitted appliances: fan and microwave ovens, induction hob, vented cooker hood, dishwasher and under-counter fridge and freezer. The farmhouse table in the kitchen/dining area seats 4 people comfortably.

The very spacious utility room has a washing machine and condenser tumble-drier, and is large enough to store suit cases and bags. There's also a large storage box, with seating above, where  wellies and shoes can be stored. There are plenty of hooks on the wall outside the utility room for coats and jackets.

The patio, with dining table and chairs, faces west so makes an ideal eating area either during the day or on warm summer evenings. To the side of the patio is a charcoal-fired barbecue. The private garden is surrounded by greenery and is predominately shingle except for the patio area.
