The ground floor is open plan living. The bright and airy kitchen has built-in appliances; fan oven, microwave and dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob and ducted-out cooker hood. There's plenty of storage space in the kitchen and the island makes for a sociable area when preparing food. 

The farmhouse dining table comfortably seats 6 people and overlooks the patio. There are 3 couches, large coffee table and 55" wall-mounted Smart TV with Bose sound bar in the sitting room area.

The well-lit utility room has a washing machine and the small drying room a condenser tumble drier. Just off the utility room is a storage cupboard for shoes and dried goods. More storage space can be found under the stairs where suitcases and bags can be put out of the way.

The west-facing patio has a dining table and chairs so summer evenings can be spent eating and drinking outside whilst watching the sun go down. The large garden is fenced and private. The front porch is fitted with storage boxes where wellies and shoes can be left and the entrance hall has plenty of hooks for jackets and coats.
